Your key responsibilities:

- To provide full administrative support to the Buying team
- Owning the process of new product creation and preparing products for launch on-site. Ensuring products are set up with the correct details, specifications images, and descriptions.
- Regularly monitoring and updating product content to assist in improving conversion rate (images, product copy, product titles, collections, etc)
- Carrying out regular price comparisons of core products
- Identifying and researching new suppliers which would assist in driving online sales, margin, traffic, and conversion.
- Regular reviews of product and supplier performance
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain accurate product and stock information
- Other general duties as may be required

What are we looking for?
- Strong IT skills, specifically Excel
- Excellent organisation, time management, and communication skills
- Proactive, motivated, and willing to learn
- Data analysis and numeracy skills

This role requires:

- Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
- 3 days in the office 2 days remote
- Must be commutable to ST16
- Salary: c. £18,000 - £21,000 + benefits
