Morley Corps are looking for a **Community Programme Coordinator** to join the team to be responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of community programmes within our Corps. The successful applicant will drive the spiritual mission of the Corps by providing a pathway for people to access and integrate into the wider church and deliver the aims of the Mission Development Plan.

**To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate**:

- A commitment to Christianity and are a practising Christian with a willingness and ability to bring ministry to the community
- Experience of developing effective community programmes for a diverse range of participants
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and develop effective working relationships with colleagues, programme participants and external stakeholders
- A high level of English - both spoken and written - and numeracy at A level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent
