To support the delivery of all internal communication across the business, working closely across multiple business functions to ensure optimal engagement. To help maintain various communication channels, including but not limited to, the intranet and internal engagement mechanisms.

Responsible for the maintenance and production of;
- Regular internal communication publications
- Activity trackers and project plans
- Presentation packs
- Mailbox and calendar management
- Administration maintenance tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administration experience
- Experience in Financial Services desirable.
- Experience within PR / Internal Communications would be desirable
- Experience of engaging and collaborating with Senior Stakeholders
