We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to guide, inspire, and lead a team in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.

**Position Overview**: As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experiences of children in your care. Leading by example, you will oversee the operations of your assigned room, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes each child's individual development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your assigned room.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
- Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record-keeping for individual child development.
- Ensure the room environment is safe, well-maintained, and conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
