A brilliant role has arisen for someone with experience working in the Finance industry. If you have 1 years + experience as a Team Assistant in the financial services industry and love working as part of a great team, then this is the role for you
As the Team Assistant for this highly successful Investment Firm, you will be responsible for overseeing the team’s administrative duties, and enjoy being the lynchpin of this fast paced, vibrant and dynamic office. This is a rapidly-growing company, the team are hard-working but also very fun You will be based in the West End, 5 days a week. 9am-6pm.
Day to day you will;
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the teams diaries and inbox management
- Meeting and greeting any guests for the team
- Arranging all company events and client dinners
- Managing expenses for the team
- Collating supportive documentation for any presentations and meetings
- Supporting with any adhoc administrative duties, as and when needed
You must possess:
- 2 years’ experience of working as a Team Assistant to a busy team
- Degree level
- Confident on Microsoft
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Highly organised and discreet/ confidential
- Great at multi-tasking and prioritising own workload
- A good team-player
