This boutique private equity firm is looking for a Team Assistant with circa 1-2 years experience as a Team Assistant/PA or Office Manager. You will be part of a small London team of 20 so you will very much be part of the busy office and make the role your own working closely with the dynamic deal led team.

Day to day you will be responsible for coordinating diaries and travel for the senior Partners and Associates as well as managing travel and the office and setting up Zoom/Teams calls and organising meeting rooms or satellite desks for visiting team members. You will report into the EA to the Founding Partner who has been with the firm for a few years and is really lovely and will support you and train you up.

This is an exciting new role for someone immaculately presented (client facing role) who has a great work ethic. You will be based in the office from Monday to Friday and so the role would suit someone very flexible and with very much a 'no job is too big or small attitude' and you will need to be confident using MS Office and scheduling across multiple timezones and diaries. You will also need great organisational skills as well as the ability to juggle different duties around the office and generally being happy to muck in.
