Administrator - Warehouse (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking to appoint an Administrator to cover maternity leave.
Ideally, you will work 42.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm.
You will be based from our refrigeration distribution centre in Morley. You will join an experienced and exceptionally friendly and supportive team, working as a key administrator for the warehouse team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Release stock transfer paperwork
- Liaise with branch outlets
- Investigate stock discrepancies
- Assist in continuous stock counts
- Day to day administration (booking in stock deliveries, calendar maintenance, Freshdesk monitoring and maintenance, etc)
- Ensure branches and customers receive a fast and efficient response to distribution, customer service, operational and sales queries.
- Build customer and supplier loyalty and enhance the company’s reputation for service
**Requirements**:
- Previous office administration experience would be an advantage
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of SAP inventory system
- Good time management
- Attention to detail
- Confident and pro-active on the phone
Full training will be provided on all products and services.
