I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced snr Digital Account Manager for an exciting Digital Creative agency in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for a dynamic, reliable, self-motivated and confident Digital Account Manager to join our team digital / creative team (Creative, Design, Marketing), to manage and delivery fresh and exciting Digital Design Projects to some of the leadingdigital brands in the uk. The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for all field representation, proactively nurturing existing client relationships, approaching and converting new client accounts, driving new business development efforts. As a DigitalAccount manager / Client Manager we Require someone sharp, approachable and with a hands on approach with experience of working for a fast paced Digital Agency that prides themselves on Client delivery.

Working alongside and reporting to the company directors you will be managing and be the face of the accounts of the Agency's biggest clients.

**Key responsibilities will be**:

- meeting deadlines
- managing the client relationship
- project delivery on brief
- writing briefs and contact reports
- scheduling and planning
- quotes and budgets
- ensuring service levels are met
- liaising with suppliers

You will need to be client facing, articulate, good with detail, professional, with excellent organisational and communication skills. With a good understanding of all things Digital (Web Development, CMS, Wed Design) You'll also be happy to 'pitch in' whenthe time comes and be able to work under pressure.

Must have at least 2 yrs + experience within a Agency, or client side delivering Digital / Creative / Web based projects
