The ideal candidate will have a strongbackground in project management particularly in digitalenvironments and possess excellent technical knowledge toeffectively manage and coordinate digital projects from inceptionto completion.

Role andResponsibilities

Project Planningand Execution:
Develop comprehensiveproject plans timelines and budgets in collaboration withstakeholders to ensure successful projectdelivery.
Coordinate project activities resources andtasks to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Monitorproject progress identify risks and issues and implementappropriate mitigation strategies to keep projects ontrack.

TechnicalExpertise:
Possess a deep understanding ofdigital technologies including web development mobile applicationsecommerce platforms and content managementsystems.
Provide technical guidance and support to projectteams including developers designers and otherstakeholders.
Evaluate technical requirements andfeasibility and make recommendations for optimalsolutions.

StakeholderCommunication:
Serve as the primary pointof contact for clients and internal teams providing regular projectupdates resolving issues and managingexpectations.
Conduct regular meetings with stakeholdersto review project status discuss priorities and gatherfeedback.
Ensure clear and effective communicationchannels are established and maintained throughout the projectlifecycle.

Quality Assurance andTesting:
Develop and implement qualityassurance processes to ensure deliverables meet projectrequirements and industry standards.
Coordinate useracceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection and overseeresolution of identifiedissues.

Team Leadership andCollaboration:
Lead and motivatecrossfunctional project teams fostering a collaborative andproductive work environment.
Delegate tasks andresponsibilities appropriately and provide guidance and support toteam members as needed.
Facilitate team meetingsbrainstorming sessions and knowledge sharingactivities.

EssentialSkills:
Proven experience as a SeniorProject Manager.
Strong technicalbackground.
Proficiency in project managementmethodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall) and project managementtools (e.g. Jira Trello etc.).
Excellent communicationleadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to managemultiple projects simultaneously and prioritiseeffectively.

DesirableSkills:
PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certificationis a plus.
Digital agency experience.
Degree inComputer Science Engineering Information Technology or relatedfield or equivalent demonstrable experience.
Experiencemanaging offshore teams.
Handson experience in webdevelopment software engineering or relatedfields.
