**About the role**:
In this key position, you will build strong relationships with various departments, ensuring alignment between the Corporate Systems (CS) department and the Foundation's overarching goals and objectives. By working closely with department heads, you will gain insight into their unique needs and requirements, thus enabling the CS department to deliver tailored solutions.

Ensuring the Foundation's access to reliable, relevant, and up-to-date information will be of utmost importance. Consequently, you will oversee the development and maintenance of databases, business intelligence systems, and management information systems that capture and analyze the Foundation's performance. These valuable insights will empower senior management to make informed decisions at all levels. Ensuring data accuracy and quality will be a priority, and you will implement robust data governance and security measures to maintain compliance with regulations.

**About you**:
As a leader, you will boast a proven track record in effectively managing teams, projects, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Your technical expertise and experience in managing business systems in complex environments will enable you to deliver high-quality results. Strong leadership and management skills will be evident as you motivate and develop teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Strategic thinking and critical thinking skills are vital in developing and implementing systems and data strategies that align with business goals and objectives. Your successful project management experience, including handling multiple projects simultaneously, will ensure the timely and budgeted delivery of projects to a high standard. Your understanding of management information systems and their role in informing decision-making processes will be an asset in this role.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, experience in supplier management, system optimization, and data governance will be highly desirable.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
