We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join a growing organisation within the Telford area. This company has a great family feel within the office and consistently extremely busy. This role will be working day shifts Monday - Thursday, 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 08.30 - 13.30.

**The role will include job details such as**:
General office administration / duties
Providing office support including customer and employee support
Handling incoming phone calls
Taking and delivering messages
Greeting and interacting with clients, visitors
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, issuing documents and general office word processing
Filing
Processing orders
Photocopying, scanning
Dealing with customer enquiries, both verbally & written
Liaising between customers/suppliers
Arranging site visits/making appointments
Raising quotations
Processing customer purchase orders
Raising internal sales orders/job sets for production
Monitoring current workload and agreeing lead times with production and transport
Despatching of goods
Liaising with finance department as to customer account status & credit limits
Monitoring and replenishing stock
Managing customer call off order and stock levels
Working closely with the General Manager & Transport Department
Obtaining quotes for shipping and liaising with shipping agents
Export packing enquiries & correspondence
Obtaining supplier quotations & lead times
Raising quotations as instructed by the MD/GM
Checking customer purchase orders against quotations issued
Forwarding orders to suppliers
Preparing company literature packs
Following up quotations
Checking and sending Customer order confirmations
Arranging goods in storage and providing accounts with the monthly invoice amounts
Arranging machinery lifting equipment, when required
Transport arrangements around the UK and Europe

**In order to be suitable for this role the individual must have the following skills/ experience**:
The successful applicant must have proven experience of undertaking administrative tasks as well as experience in using Microsoft Office and Sage Line 50 would be preferable but not essential. You must be clearly spoken and be able to conduct yourself in a professional manner. You will be asked to undertake many different tasks therefore you must be organised, versatile, logical, flexible, and able to use your initiative. As you will play an integral supporting role in the office you must be organised, able to prioritise work and be a team player. A positive, friendly, professional attitude towards our customers and other colleagues is essential to achieve consistency with the high levels of efficiency and quality that is expected of our employees. Own transportation / clear way of travelling to work is essential along with good timekeeping.
