**Responsible for**: To carry out the professional duties of a teacher as circumstances may require and in accordance with the academy’s policies under the direction of the Principal.
- The Directors of Exceed Learning Partnership and Governors of Carr Lodge Academy are looking to appoint an inspirational KS2 Teacher to support the school to further success in the years ahead.
- Carr Lodge Academy is part of Exceed Learning Partnership, a Multi Academy Trust which currently comprises of: 9 Academies: Rosedale Primary School, Edlington Victoria Academy, Carr Lodge Academy, Sheep Dip Lane Academy, Willow Primary School, Bentley High Street, Hill Top Academy, Sandringham Primary School and Hall Cross Academy.

- Clear knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- To be highly proficient in assessment for learning and effective in subsequent analysis in order to improve pupil outcomes
- To have a strong understanding of Learning Pedagogy
- Strong English and Maths skills
- Strong understanding of the teaching of Early Reading
- Excellent relationships with pupils, parents and the community
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working with children with a range of needs
- A good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- A team player who contributes to whole-school improvement
