**Care4CE, who are the provider services for Cheshire East Council, offer services to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and dementia.**

The role of Care and Support worker will include:

- Providing a high quality person-centred care and support service
- Delivering daily support to Tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, accessing community services i.e. GP services, attending hospital appointments plus other activities to support individuals choice’s and interests.
- We support tenants with household management (i.e cleaning tasks, weekly food shopping, preparation of meals and managing finances.
- Promoting Tenants integration and inclusion into the community by going out and about, social interaction and opportunities
- Empowering Tenants to lead fulfilling lives
- Treat tenants with Dignity and Respect
- Be enthusiastic and flexible

You will receive;
- Membership of Local Government Pension Scheme
- 33 days leave entitlement from day one, rising to 38 days
after 5 years’ service.
- Comprehensive sickness and absence support
- Full induction and training provided.
- Funded DBS
