The role of Care and Support worker will include:

  • Providing a high quality person-centred care and support service
  • Delivering daily support to Tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, accessing community services i.e. GP services, attending hospital appointments plus other activities to support individuals choice's and interests.
  • We support tenants with household management (i.e cleaning tasks, weekly food shopping, preparation of meals and managing finances.
  • Promoting Tenants integration and inclusion into the community by going out and about, social interaction and opportunities
  • Empowering Tenants to lead fulfilling lives
  • Treat tenants with Dignity and Respect
  • Be enthusiastic and flexible

This includes working between the hours of:


  • Early shifts:
8.00am pm

Late Shifts:

15.00pm till 22.00pm

This does include weekend working, including Christmas/New Year & Bank holidays.
