The role of Care and Support worker will include:

  • Providing a high-quality person-centred care and support service
  • Delivering daily support to Tenants such as personal care, administration of medication, Undertake domestic tasks within the centre, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements in respect of moving and handling, transfer hoisting and the use of protective equipment to aid infection control.
  • Promoting integration and inclusion into the community by going out and about, social interaction and seeking new opportunities and activities.
  • Empowering customers to lead fulfilling lives
  • Treat customers with Dignity and Respect
  • Be motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
