Job Information
Our client owns and operates several office buildings across Wilmslow. We are looking for a skilled and reliable individual to join their team as a part-time Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake minor repairs, general & planned maintenance, and porterage across multiple office sites.
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaky taps and toilets.
  • Complete simple joinery work, such as hanging doors and repairs.
  • Handle basic electrical tasks, such as changing light bulbs and switches.
  • Paint and decorate as needed.
  • Change locks and other hardware.
  • Remove furniture and rubbish when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Report any major maintenance issues to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a handyman/woman or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Competence in basic plumbing, joinery, electrical work, painting, and lock changing.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Provide their own tools and transportation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license.

Expected Hours:15 per week
