A company specializing in safety critical components is seeking to hire a skilled Maintenance Team Leader to join their team.
As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance of production machinery and facilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor the Maintenance Team (of 4) including Resource Planning, Personal Development, Performance Reviews, KPI setting, and monitoring.
  • Perform facilities maintenance to ensure buildings are safe and functional at all times.
  • Manage on-site Contractors, including Permit to Work procedures.
  • Develop and implement a PPM schedule to ensure all preventative maintenance is carried out efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Mechanical and Electrical issues on various production machinery.
  • Conduct Risk Assessment processes.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation detailing all work performed.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with leadership experience seeking career advancement.
  • Electrical background with a strong manufacturing industry background.
  • Proficient in facilities maintenance tasks such as painting and plumbing.
