Electrical Maintenance Technician

PRS is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join its dedicated maintenance and engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical planned and reactive maintenance within a prestigious commercial facility in the Cheshire area. Key responsibilities include:

* Performing PPM and reactive electrical maintenance across building services plant
* Conducting risk assessments through site-specific or dynamic risk assessments
* Collaborating with Mechanical, HVAC, and fabric teams as needed
* Completing electrical small works
* Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:

* Qualified Electrician (Level 3 or Part 1&2)
* Experience of PPM and reactive maintenance works
* Fixed wire testing qualification and experience
