Are you looking to kickstart your career in SAAS and Account Management ? This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for excellent customer service and at least 2 years’ experience working in a customer service role

Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a customer focused Client Services Consultant to join our friendly and dedicated IT team.

**Why your role matters**The Client Services Consultant is integral to our service delivery teams and the development of long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in new client acquisition.

What you’ll be doing
As our Client Services Consultant you will deliver a first-class customer service to new WorkNest clients by providing them with training on how to use our HR software to their benefit. You will have a consultative approach to helping each client with theirown unique requirements. In addition, you will support all our client's day to day with any support queries, additional training they may require.

You will work closely with the Client Success Manager and Client experience team to support up and coming renewals and ensure the onboarding process is followed efficiently.

This role is based in Glasgow
