We are a successful High End Furniture Retailer with seven sites across London and the South East, operating with our own Distribution and Customer Service Centre within our Head Office Operation.

**Job Summary**

To complete all Administrative tasks within the distribution department including preparing orders ready to be booked for delivery and to prepare delivery notes for the warehouse.

**Role**:
Extract information from our internal systems to prepare orders ready to be booked

Complete daily reports and liaise with our stock and ordering department on order changes

Maximise Vehicle Utilisation, this will include maintenance and verification of scheduling data, including customer delivery windows and driver job times.

Plan routes to meet customer KPI and maintain driver’s hour’s legislation, (bookings and route planning)

Issue drivers with clear and accurate instructions

React to changing situations to accommodate additional business and maximise service performance and reduce delays.

Create solutions for customer’s needs and requirements

Manage Customer queries and issues and keep informed & updated of all changes, including liaising with Customers when bespoke chargeable deliveries are required.

**Criteria**:
Someone who is highly organised, accurate, efficient with a good telephone manner

Great communication skills within all areas of the company - Stock and ordering, Accounts, Customer Service, Warehouse, Store teams and Senior Management.

Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills

Good Knowledge of excel

Must be a Positive & Customer focused individual

Good geographical knowledge of London and South East

**Hours of Work**

42.5 Hours a week Monday to Friday, including a one hour lunch break.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year
