**As our next Sales & Marketing Specialist, we would expect the following from you**:

- Exceptional English communications
- Great knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Understanding and ability to use a CRM system
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach
- Positive, upbeat and organised
- Have knowledge and understanding of Social Networking, Microsoft and CRM
- Proven experience with researching and maintaining databases.

Although a degree isn’t necessary for this role, we would ideally be looking for someone with at least 1-2 years’ experience within a Lead Generator or Business Development role.
