Sales & Marketing Specialist

My client specialising in the Exhibition Design industry is looking for a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join their growing sales and marketing team in the heart of Cheshire. You could be a new graduate or an ambitious sales / marketing professional who is looking to join a company that offers great salary and commission, development and career succession plans.

**As our next Sales & Marketing Specialist, we would expect the following from you**:
- Exceptional English communications
- Great knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Understanding and ability to use a CRM system
- Strong project and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and have a proactive approach
- Positive, upbeat and organised
- Have knowledge and understanding of Social Networking, Microsoft and CRM
- Proven experience with researching and maintaining databases.
- Act as an ambassador for the business and ‘live by’ our core values
- Demonstrate Aboveline behaviour when performing your job role
Although a degree isn’t necessary for this role, we would ideally be looking for someone with at least 1-2 years’ experience within a Lead Generator or Business Development role.

**Monthly Targets**:
The role will be targeted on and measured by the volume of leads generated on a weekly and monthly basis for the business.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
