We have an exciting opportunity for 2 Sales and Marketing Administrators to join our growing team based in Holmes Chapel. You will be responsible for supporting our Sales team in winning new business, identifying potential customers and supporting the marketing team.

For this role, we are looking for excellent communication skills and someone who is confident speaking to customers. You will possess good analytic skills, and ability to quickly build a rapport with our customers and key stakeholders in the business.

**As a Sales and Marketing Administrator**, **you will be responsible for**:

- Effectively manage and develop a new customer base in order to exceed set targets.
- Open and closing the office daily.
- Keeping our CRM system up to date with relevant customer information including quotes and orders, pipeline of work, up to date contact details and details of customer conversations
- To achieve sales in line with sales targets/objectives set by prospects and existing customers.
- Help to deliver the best customer experience through our values.
- To support our customers with any queries, in a timely manner.

- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to build successful business relationships with customers and colleagues
- Have demonstrable customer service experience
- Knowledge of the renewables industry (desirable but not required)
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Able to work on own and part of a team
- Desire to grow and develop
