**Job Purpose**

Providing high levels of effective administrative support and coordination to the marketing and communications function. Supporting the marketing and communications manager to develop comprehensive range of marketing and communications assets. Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure positive and proactive brand development.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Coordinating social media channels including posting, engagement, monitoring and identifying trends

2. Liaising with a range of stakeholders to support the development of content across a variety of channels including newsletters, press releases, website and social media.

3. Coordinating the print and distribution of marketing and communications assets

4. Supporting the Marketing and Communications Manager to run a highly effective Marketing & Communications Function

5. Providing general administration support for the effective running of the Crewe centre

Supporting organisations and events and functions

Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.

Handling any in person enquires with sensitivity and with confidentiality

Handling any paperwork correctly working within GDPR parameters

Support the team and management during any internal or external inspections and audits.

Successful creation and distribution of high-quality marketing and communication materials and activity

Effective running of the Crewe training centre

**Health and Safety**
- You will ensure you follow all Acorn Training health and safety guidelines and fire regulations set out in the polices, follow safe working practices and complete any mandatory training.

**General**
- Be aware of and follow all Acorn Training policies
- Have regular 121’s throughout the year to monitor performance, objectives and progress and support your personal development and wellbeing
- Take part in any required training needed to fulfil your role.

**Qualifications and specific training**
- Level 3 in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or PR.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
- Degree qualification in a relevant field such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, PR or Business Management

**Experience**
- Experience across various social media platforms
- Experience with website administration

**Knowledge**
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office ability
- Highly accurate command of English language, including spelling, grammar and use of vocabulary
- Ability use Canva software for the development of marketing and communications assets

**Skills**
- Competent writing ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Fantastic customer services skills and confidence with dealing with all members of the public
- A keen eye for design

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
