An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic Team Secretary to join the interdisciplinary team within the CAMHS Service.

You will provide secretarial support to the CAMHS Senior Management Team and the newly established Home Intensive Treatment Team, providing a full, comprehensive and confidential secretarial service to the, based on the Prestwich site.

The post holder will also have the opportunity to be at the heart of a well-funded, well organised, hugely valued new service. You will support the clinical members of the team with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the service and the best possible experience for children, young people and their families and carers.

The post holder will support coordination of clinical activity including managing referrals and appointments; will be responsible for the full secretarial service including typing of letters and reports; and will support the maintenance of complete and accurate patient records. Will undertake general office duties including typing of minutes, reports, other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified within the typing, diary management and dealing with telephone enquiries from both internal and external agencies. And will have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and be hard working, conscientious and committed.

In order to meet the needs of the Trust, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal geographical area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
