Our client operates a flexible and hybrid working pattern
The organisation is looking for all-rounders, those who are strong cash collectors but also those who can manage their own ledgers, doing the sales ledger tasks around the day-to-day Credit control duties.
**What you’ll do**:
- Weekly contact with overdue debtors for timely collection of cash.
- Building strong relationships with Customers purchase ledger teams.
- Allocate cash receipts.
- Ensure and maintain a clean ledger.
- Resolving customer queries.
- Raising credit notes.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Reconciling and reporting on the cash receipts.
- Collection of funds.
- Weekly reporting of cash collections, overdue debt, cash balances, cancellations, and credit notes.
- Provide cash collection forecasts.
- Load payment files provided by team onto banking system.
- Raising purchase orders and issuing purchase order.

**You’ll need to have**:
- A good academic background with a minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a credit controller
- Experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment and be results focused.
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office usage skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
