This is an exciting opportunity to join us on a permanent basis as a Sales Order Processor for our Key Accounts. The role is a mixture between purchasing/ account management and administration. The company consists of 11 staff and we have been running for over 25 years.

**The role**:

- Covering telephone sales activity
- Ensuring the efficient management of the customer orders from instigation stage through to delivery
- Account management duties provide assistance & support and to be able to perform the Internal Account Management role as defined.
- To ensure our stated levels of customer service are maintained at all times
- Analysing needs and coming up with ideas for improvements
- Purchase stock
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed to enable the office to operate efficiently and effectively.

We are looking for a stronger character and a person with lots of initiative and previous customer service experience to join our team as key account administrator
- Excellent administration skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong IT skills
- Be organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlines
- Previous experience in an office based environment
- Ability and desire to take responsibility and make decision
- A positive and progressive attitude
- Excellent customer service capability
- Ability to identify and implement business process improvements
- To operate in an open and honest way and always demonstrate personal and business integrity
- Strong organisational and administrative skill
- Internal Account Management skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Working and co-operating with other departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction and internal efficiency is provided.
- Previous experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Managing client activities
- Taking responsibility for growing and maintaining client relationships

**Benefits**:

- 37.5 hour week - 9am to 5 pm
- 20 days holiday with 8 bank holidays. (Shut down over Christmas)

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
