Hearing Reception Assistant

About the role - We’re looking for someone to join our expanding Hearcare team as a Hearcare reception Assistant.
In this role you will be our customers first point of contact when they call in. You’ll therefore need to be a natural when it comes to customer care - articulate, good with people and always happy to help.
In addition to basic clerical work, you will be required to organise the audiologists work load, deal with customer complaints and be able to search information on numerous databases. You will be required to book and reschedule appointments over the phone and face to face.
We’ll also be looking for an organised approach, and a good standard of education in written English and Mathematics.
Within this role you’ll also be required to complete and post orders, receive and check deliveries, and maintain hearcare accessories and aids displays. You will also need to give good clear advice to customers on how to look after and clean hearing aids.
Not worked with hearing aids before? Don’t worry We will teach you everything you need to know about hearing aids.
Full training is provided along with the opportunity to train in clinical duties and advance in qualifications.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
