**Job overview**:

- We are looking for an administrator to come and join the Children in Care team.

We are a small team who work together to ensure the health of children in care is provided for those children who are looked after by Cheshire West local authority, or living in our area from other areas within the UK.

We are a friendly and supportive team who are based at Lache and Handbridge Children's Center in Chester.

You will support the team in relation to a variety of administration tasks and will be a key member of the team.

**Main duties of the job**:
To provide a quality, comprehensive administrative, secretarial and

organisational support to the team.

To participate in data collection for quarterly dashboards and provide monthly data.

To participate in team meetings and being able to produce accurate minutes / notes.

To support the Manager in organising and supporting the administrative function of the team in periods of absence and peak in workloads.

To be responsible for inputting, maintaining and retrieval of information from/to relevant databases or spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel, and to assist in the preparation of statistical and audit information.

Working with NHS systems, such as EMIS, GP Portal, Systmone.

Working with Local Authority systems, such as Liquid Logic.

To undertake general office duties for example distribution of incoming mail, photocopying, filing and communicating/circulating information to department members as required.
