Frenkel Topping is an independent financial adviser specialising in providing advice and expert services to those seeking damages for personal injury and medical negligence. For more than 30 years we have worked with people who’ve suffered life-changing injury or illness and are trying to rebuild their lives in the most challenging of circumstances. Often after an injury, a person is unable to work and it can be some time until a case is settled, leaving them financially vulnerable for potentially long periods of time.

We are seeking to recruit a Commercial Team Executive to join our team.

**Purpose**

Working within the commercial team is unique role within Frenkel Topping Limited as you will work closely with several teams across the business. This role provides a great platform to develop a wider knowledge across all areas of our business rather than be isolated to a specific team and often leads to further opportunities within the business.

**Experience**
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written to help build and maintain relationships with:

- Professional Clients - Solicitors
- Vulnerable individuals and their families
- Internal staff members
- Previous experience within the Financial or Legal industry desirable
- Any experience working in an administrative or customer service role would be beneficial

**Skills**
- Strong background in reviewing, inputting and analysing data from a variety of sources
- Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel including using formulas, vlookups and pivot tables
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload consisting of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
- Bring together monthly reports for work in progress in line with company process
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team

- A desire to support vulnerable clients
- Diplomatic and sensitive to client’s circumstances

**Education and Training**
- **Good written and verbal communications and numeracy skills
