IKEA Hammersmith are looking for an IKEA Food Team Leader to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and know how to execute plans in a good way, you truly make things happen

You lead by example and live the IKEA values. Food is your passion, and you are currently fully available across the week and weekends.

Expected Starting Date: 23rd July 2023

WHAT WE OFFER
- £26,600 per annum - Experience dependent

39 hours per week working 5 days a week, alternative weekends off.

We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers

Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

You are an IKEA Brand Ambassador, leading with pride sharing your passion for food and services that we serve our customers and co-workers.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

As a Food Team Leader, you will work with your team to create a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker.
- You will be responsible for ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, attractive, and inviting. You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
- Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
- You contribute and support the implementation of the store Business Plan and IKEA Food action plan.
- Promoting a safety-first culture, as well as coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
