We are currently looking for a passionate **Food & Beverage Attendant**, to join our Food and Beverage department on a permanent** **basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a **Food & Beverage Attendant**, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

- Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
- Escorts guests to the table, presents menu, shows buffet, describes specials, and beverage list, and uses available knowledge to exceed guests’ expectations.
- Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
- Assists in opening and procedures in the outlets.
- Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing, equipment, and maintaining the buffet, following departmental standards.

You will be required to work **40 hours** per week, on a shift rota.
