The position being offered presents an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in easyJet's proactive efforts to promote positive health and wellbeing within its airline and holidays business. Reporting directly to the newly appointed Health and Wellbeing Lead, who is a part of the larger People Services Team, this role offers a chance to be at the forefront of these efforts.
**What you'll be doing**
Our newly created Health & Wellbeing team recognises that a happy and healthy workforce leads to better performance. We are committed to fostering a safe, stable, and supportive working environment where our people can flourish. To achieve this, we are looking for a creative and energetic Health and Wellbeing Campaign Specialist to develop our internal health and wellbeing calendar across our network.
This role involves planning and organising events, workshops, and campaigns that align with our business priorities and support our people strategy. The Specialist will work closely with other SMEs across the organisation to ensure events and campaigns are in line with wider health and wellbeing communications. The role also involves tracking engagement and progress to evaluate ROI, coordinating with internal people action groups (PAGs), and identifying and evaluating relevant suppliers for supporting our H+W services.
