**About the Role**

**As a member of a small, but high-performing global Human Resources team, and reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources including: recruitment and onboarding; employee engagement; performance management; training and development; compensation and benefits; policy and program design; data and analytics; and HR administration.**

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Advise line managers on how to implement policies and procedures, including interpreting and advising on employment law
- Analyse training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
- Co-manage the starter, leaver and changes process, including creating offer letters, contracts of employments, change to contract letters & leaver letters
- Coordinate and deliver training, including new starter inductions
- Ensure compliance with right to work and relevant security clearance requirements across all locations (with support from local administrators where applicable)
- Assist in liaising with Finance for any payroll related changes and making relevant changes to employees’ records
- Support the Head of HR as the first point of contact for HR related enquiries (escalating where appropriate)
- Support the Head of HR in preparing the business for Performance and Development Reviews (PDR’s) and pay reviews
- Create, or support the Head of HR in the creation of manager guidance documents to assist in management adherence to company policies
- Manage the enrolment of employee benefits, including supporting any annual enrolment processes, providing accurate employee data through cross-checking multiple sources of data

- Maintain HR records electronically via HR software and internal databases and ensure trackers are accurate
- Use the HR process maps as a checklist for main areas of data collection (recruitment, starters, leavers etc) and ensure documentation has been completed correctly and within the appropriate timeframe
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting
- Support the Head of HR with projects, including data collection, research, amendment to contracts, communication letters etc.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities appropriate to the post
