ob Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, developing engaging content, and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our brands, increase social media presence, and enhance brand awareness. Your expertise in creating compelling videos and images, combined with your knowledge of social media platforms, will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts forward. Additionally, you will collaborate with management and internal teams to grow personal brands, advertise job opportunities, and execute paid social media campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about digital marketing and has a proven track record of delivering results.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize our social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative and engaging content, such as videos, images, and written posts, to promote our brands and captivate our target audience.
- Create a weekly marketing plan outlining the content strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collaborate with management and internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure the brand's visual identity and messaging are consistent across all digital platforms.
- Monitor social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and propose innovative ideas for improvement.
- Execute paid social media campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates, while adhering to budget constraints.
- Analyze data and generate reports on social media performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Support the recruitment process by creating and advertising job postings on social media platforms to attract top talent.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunderland, Tyne and Wear: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (required)
- Marketing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
