**Role**:
The Packaging Partnership Ltd is based in Tuxford;
We are a small family run label manufacturer, albeit a busy one.

We are seeking an Office Administrator to join the office, the role consists primarily of estimating and creating quotes on jobs for customers with additional office duties such as stock control and despatching of stock.

Uniform will be provided after trial period.

Must be fit and healthy as some lifting is required

Must be computer literate

Must have a very good eye for detail and be able to tell colours apart

Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided

a background in the print industry would be an advantage. A good standard of computer skills, English and numeracy along with confidence in basic reception duties and a mature outlook are prerequisite to this position. Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 2pm Friday. Salary is negotiable depending on age and experience, own transport is essential.

- Producing estimates and quotes
- Booking in parcels and pallets for despatch
- Stock control; maintaining accurate records and ordering
- Creating and checking job sheets
- Dealing with customer queries / complaints
- Ensuring that the office space is kept tidy
- Ensuring that all Health, Safety and Environmental Policies relating to your work area are adhered to, by you, at all times
- Must be well presented and punctual

**Salary**: From £21,131.76 per year

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
