We are looking for an organised, self-motivated part time office administrator to join our friendly, rapidly growing medical supplies business.

You’ll work closely with our Management and Sales teams to handle a wide range of clerical duties.

To shine in this role, you need to be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a company, we pride ourselves on our “can do” attitude and from the MD down, we all roll up our sleeves to deliver outstanding service and support to our customers in NHS and private hospitals.

**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Maintaining general office files.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment.
- Picking and preparing orders.
- Liaising with couriers.

**Office Administrator Requirements**:

- One or more years’ office administration experience.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: One location
