**Location: UK - London office - 2 days a week in the office and 2 days from home on USA East Coast hours (12-8pm GMT), plus 1 further day working from home 10am-6pm GMT**

Join a well known and established media subscription business, they are looking to recruit a passionate and driven US Subscriptions Marketing Manager. You will be part of the UK Marketing team, but will be specifically targeting the North America market.

The product covers both B2B and B2C subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive subscriber acquisition and retention, increase customer engagement, and optimise revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance and recommend improvements to optimise ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product and pricing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in subscriptions marketing and the news and publishing industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in subscriptions marketing, with a minimum of 1 year targeting the USA market.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition and retention.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work 2 days a week in the office and 2 days from home on USA East Coast hours (12pm-8pm GMT), plus 1 further day working from home 10-6.

**Package for Subscriptions Marketing Manager**:

- Salary: £50-60K + 10% bonus + other great benefits

Location: offices based in SW8 (South London) you will be expected to work in an office 2 days a week 9am-5pm
