We are looking for two members of staff to work in the Fishermans Arms, at Docklow Pools, who are 100% reliable and enjoy working in the hospitality businesses.

Although this is a zero hours the role is intended for every Saturday.

**Deal breakers**:

- Must have own transport
- Must be old enough to pour the occasional alcoholic drink - so 18 years old + is ideal
- Hours are 8am to 4pm every Saturday - Breaks organised.

This is a full time role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow proper cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guest services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- must have own transport

We offer competitive pay. Rate shown will be reviewed with each successful applicant.

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 per week
