Hours:
1950 hours per year (full-time). Working 5 out of 7 days, weekday and weekend working will be required. Average shift will be between 9am and 5/5.30pm. This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary,however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.

What you'll be doing You'll work with our Food & Beverage Manager to manage our entire Food & Beverage operation. You'll always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier result for our visitors.


As an Assistant Manager you'll support the team to ensure we are compliant and that every food and drink order is beautifully presented and served with a smile.

Using your excellent attention to detail, you'll ensure all signage is displayed correctly and the food served, looks delicious.


You'll also support from a financial aspect to ensure stock & waste is managed and seek opportunities to increase income.

You'll receive a bespoke induction along with allergen/food safety training. Further professional training & development opportunities are available
