An opportunity exists for an Environmental Health Officer or Environmental Health Practitioner seeking a new challenge. Colchester is a diverse City; it is the oldest recorded town in the UK, has an ever-modernising community and a rapidly expanding urban centre surrounded by delightful open countryside, picturesque villages and coastline. We also have a large Garrison community, a thriving University with a large student population and one of the best Zoos’ in Europe.

We are looking for an Environmental Health Officer who has a desire for personal growth, continual challenge and who will embrace a holistic approach to improving outcomes for the residents, visitors and businesses of Colchester.

You will need to be motivated, flexible and committed to personal development and be able to manage a large and varied workload.
