- The role- Manchester Airport is growing and we are looking for a part Time Motor Transport Scheduler to join the team, as a Scheduler you will be responsible for the planning of maintenance for internal and external customer’s vehicle to maintain operational efficiency.- Working in unison with the Full Time Scheduler, deliver detailed and synchronised maintenance plans for circa 260 Manchester Airport owned vehicles in line with Regulatory Operator’s Licences, Manchester Airport’s vehicle and equipment maintenance standards contained within the Aerodrome Manual and manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Deliver detailed and synchronised maintenance plans for circa 1500 external customer’s Vehicles and Ground Support Equipment in line with the Manchester Airport Aerodrome Manual, vehicle and equipment maintenance standards and manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Ensure maximum equipment availability in line with customer Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Raise the relevant jobs on the operating system (TRANMAN) and prepare all inspection and service documentation.
- Raise Purchase Orders as required for maintenance to support the Motor Transport business, ensuring the cost is annotated against the appropriate budget line.
