Take a full administrative and governance lead for a number of Board and Council of Governor meetings to include venue /room bookings, review and distribution of meeting papers and on the day of the meeting, organisation, parking arrangements, refreshments, setting up of AV equipment and servicing the meetings. Provide support to ensure high quality reports and papers are available for meetings (collating information and preparing, redrafting and correcting documents as required). Regularly assess the appropriateness of meeting timings in the course of diary management for the Chief Governance Officer. To perform secretarial duties as required including the management of diaries and arranging meetings for the Chief Governance Officer.

Liaise with other administrators and PAs across the Trust and externally. Liaise with colleagues across the ICS and other organisations including authors and Executive Leads, as well as Board, Council of Governors, Subgroups. Committee Chairs, Governors and members.
