Administrator in Training Company

This is your chance to join a talented training provider who has won a new project and requires a talented individual to work within the paperwork department. This is ideal for someone who wants to step up and work using his or her own initiative.
Main Duties
- Maintain, monitor and develop a range of electronic and paper based systems and processes used in the administration and management of the project/s ensuring accuracy and adherence to audit requirements.
- Check enrolment forms for each learner from a range of information sources.
- Set up and maintain central learner and employer files to meet audit requirements.
- Circulate copies of documents to stakeholders as required.
- Manage, collate and submit monthly assessment plans and 8 weekly reviews to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the maintenance of good individual learner tracking systems from the start of their programme through to qualification achievement and the award of certificates.
- Collate learner attendance sheets from each assessor weekly identifying any learner’s non attendance.
- Ensure that on-hold and withdrawals are processed in a timely fashion and reported to the Centre Director immediately. Information is to be placed on CRM and stakeholders are informed within 24hours.
- Keep Management involved in the delivery of programmes informed of progress, issues and changes to procedures.
- Conduct telephone interviews for all learners and employers every 6 weeks.
