**Job description**

Working alongside the Accounts manager you will be supporting them with:

- Processing Supplier invoices to Dext
- Managing the Admin inbox
- Processing hotel bookings
- Dealing with Pod’s and price queries
- Calling suppliers for copy statements/ invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Checking Vehicle tracking against time sheets
- Ensuring invoices are posted to the correct nominal code
- Ensuring that goods have been received as per the invoice
- Ensuring that invoices have been authorised
- Handling staff expense claim forms
- Maintain the accuracy of supplier details
- Supporting the payment runs
- Corresponding with internal and external finance teams
- At least 2 years previous experience working within an accounts department
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
