The Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) department is an essential function within Human Resources, delivering a range of services to all areas of the University in support of health, safety, and occupational health.

The EveryDaySafe (EDS) programme consists of a series of integrated projects to improve the safety management system and the safety culture across the University.

This newly created position will produce online and digital media content to support delivery of the EveryDaySafe communications strategy.

**About the Role**

You will create and develop content for the department’s website using Mosaic content management system, sourcing suitable images and sound, and ensuring all copyright regulations are complied with.

You will create simple graphics using tools such as Visio, and create simple digital designs for posters and flyers, liaising with design specialist for the more complex output.

Ensuring that all communications are produced in line with the EveryDaySafe and University brand guidelines is an important part of the role.

Monitoring and reporting on user feedback is also important.

**About You**

You will have proven experience of using web, digital and video/audio production tools and a flair for creative design.

Excellent writing skills are required, demonstrating a high degree of attention to detail at all times.

Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders are also required.
