*Preferred Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - midday and Friday, 8.30am - midday.

We are seeking to employ a LSA for 5 mornings, with possible additional afternoon hours. As part of the role the successful applicant will be supporting individual pupils potentially in Year One with additional needs as well as small groups.

**You will**:

- genuinely enjoy working with children
- have strong interpersonal skills to build positive and supportive relationships with children, staff and parents
- possess good literacy, numeracy (at least C grade at GCSE or equivalent) and computing skills
- be aware of the curriculum requirements for primary schools
- be a team player with a positive attitude
- be flexible and have the ability to use your own initiative to support the learning needs of children
- be calm under pressure and have a sense of humour
- have experience of working with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) pupils in schools or other settings
- have experience working with small groups to teach Phonics.
