**About the role**:
This role is based in Ipswich. As a Service Delivery Assistant you will:

- Provide a high quality and responsive administrative function for the service.
- Ensure all referrals into the service are triaged and allocated in line with service requirements and standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries into the service.
- Support the wider team and service with general administrative duties.
- Updating and maintaining manual and computerised systems and records in accordance with the service’s internal policies/procedures
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, telephone and general queries into the service.
- Liaising with referring agencies to improve referral information and the general referral process for victims
- Providing general office administration support which could include photocopying, filing, data entry, ordering of office supplies, processing invoices and raising purchase orders, and administering meetings

You should have experience of working in an administrative role and undertaking a variety of administrative duties in a victim/client focused service area or setting. You should have understanding and knowledge of the requirements relating to confidentiality and data protection. You should have excellent IT skills and conversant with all packages in the standard Microsoft Office suite and case management systems/databases.
