**Job Description -**

Imperial Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger to join our client in Nottingham City Centre on a temp to perm basis. The successful applicant will be joining the Purchase Ledger department to support in various daily activities.

**Hours and Pay** **-**
- 37.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday_
- £22,000 p.a_

**Responsibilities -**
- Chasing accounts for outstanding money and/or overdue payments.
- Carrying out credit checks.
- Optimising the efficiency and performance of purchase ledger through admin support.
- Dealing with supplier queries when required on a daily basis.
- Maintain the posting of purchase invoices to the ledger.
- Inputting ledger orders onto the clients system.
- Reporting to any senior personnel of any breach of security or dishonesty by any stakeholders.
- Data-Inputting and basic admin duties.

**Please Note: No on-site parking is available for this position.**
- The tram stop is only 5-10 mins walk away for park & ride options.
- There is also the park and ride at Nottingham Racecourse - the busses for this stop just down from the location of work.
