**About the role**:
Support to develop and administer Resourcing processes and initiatives to attract and select people within our network. This is a high-volume recruitment role and occasional travel across the UK will be required - less than 10% of your working month.
- Execute Resourcing plans, assessment and selection process processes.
- Provide recruitment support service and positive customer experience through responsiveness and regular communication.
- Provide recruitment system guidance to both hiring managers and employees.
- Prepare for and facilitate assessment centres, ensure all interviewers and assessors understand the chosen approach.
- Regularly review existing recruitment process and own activities to support proposals for service improvement.
- Build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns.
- Advertise and post open positions internally and externally.
- 2 years+ experience in a volume recruitment role
- Knowledgeable of different interview techniques and assessment centres
