We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, well-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills to join the Logistics’ team within the Pharmacy Department.

**Preference will be given to internal Trust staff, as well as ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon who are able to display recent relevant experience as dictated by the Person Specification.**
- You will also be expected to take part in Pharmacy competencies / training and BTEC level 2 - Pharmacy.

You will be working within the Pharmacy Logistics Team, across Pharmacy Logistics, Distribution and Dispensary. We have a strong people first ethic and are committed to providing the best service possible for our patients.

A willingness to respond flexibly to the needs of the Pharmacy and the Trust is essential. You will take part in the Bank Holiday, weekend and late night shifts. Reception duties and portering duties (please see job description for extent), as necessary.

**Whilst in the Logistics Team your day will include**:

- Working closely with the departments contracted transport courier service.
- Labelling and dispensing of prescriptions for external contracts and UHP patients.
- Supplying stock to external contract sites and UHP wards. This may also involve visiting wards, checking the medicines held against pre-determined stock lists and replenishing stock to these levels. You will then pick the stock from the Pharmacy store and deliver to the appropriate ward.
